You've seen the other shows where people tear around the world for cash and prizes -- now see the one where people race for their lives! We've got twelve pairs of intrepid travelers who will be moving from Albany, New York to Oakland, California using only the Greyhound Bus system -- and one of each pair is injected with a lethal neurotoxin. Each week, they'll race for a checkpoint containing a small vial of antitoxin -- but the unlucky last-place team will arrive to find no cure for them! Contestants will be racing against each other and against time as they undergo an amazing Race for the Cure!

Each week, our surviving contestants will negotiate the Greyhound bus schedule, trump a series of clever puzzles, and attempt to diagnose the mysterious, progressive disorder that's disabling one of their pair as they participate in the Race for the Cure!
